I've been in professional sales for over 25 years and I've been coaching other sales people for over 10 years. I developed a passion for coaching via my medical sales career, which included teaching professionals how to correctly use medical devices and more recently guiding orthopaedic surgeons through complex hip, knee and shoulder surgery.

This personal experience led me to go beyond the usual sales techniques and research how to deal in high pressure environments with high net worth individuals.  What I found was mindfulness, breathing techniques and resilience training are just short term coping methods.
